This tour was wonderful from start to finish. Visiting the market was aneye-opening experience!

I've never seenso many different fish and wonderful vegetables. The park area wherethe food was prepared was green, beautiful, quiet and delightful.

The food was magnificently prepared and the presentation was exquisite.Mauricio was a gracious host – his English was excellent. Markois a very talented chef; he explained his preparation so we knew whathe was prepared.
