TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SOUTHWORLD ADVENTOURS LTDA 1.0 Cancelation or interruption of the program Examples: - In case of climate change the happening of trip or activity will be reevaluated by the guide. He will take the decision to delay or shorten the trip or activity to make sure all the participants are in safe conditions.
- In case of security problems for the participants, the guide will resolve, modify, suspend or suggest the return of the participants to their country.
- Possible schedule changes, new dispositions or regulations applicable to the visited zones could generate changes in the initial trip or activity program.
- Our trip and activities will not be canceled because of rain.
- Any extra items not stipulated in the trip or activity description will be paid by the participant.
1.1 Other - Each participant is responsible for the equipment provided by the enterprise. The lost or damage of any equipment will have to be replaced or refunded by the participant.
- At the moment of reservation with Southworld AdvenTours Ltda, the participants confirm that they have the appropriate physical conditions and health to participate in the trip or activity they have selected. (See release of responsibility document)
- We invite all participants to ask or inform themselves on the program details before its start.
2.0 Reservations

- Credit Card payment has an additional fee of 2.5% of the value of the trip or activity if paid in CLP and 3.5% of the value of the trip or activity if paid in USD.
3.0 Final payment
The total payment should be made at least 7 days prior to the beginning of the trip or activity. The reservation will be confirmed once 100% of the payment is processed. If the payment or deposit is not made by the specified date, Southworld Adventours Ltda has the right to cancel the reservation.
4.0 Last minute reservations
In case of last minute reservations, the price of the trip or activity is subject to change according to availabilities from Southworld Adventours Ltda and its providers.
5.0 Cancelation and refund
The refund will be made by Southworld Adventours Ltda on the date of notification of the cancelation (by email or fax) and according to the Cancelation and Refund policy specified in the item. The trip or activity cancelation has to be written and the notification of the cancelation needs to be recognized by Southworld AdvenTours Ltda.

In the eventuality of hiring indirect services, the cancelation penalty could be different depending to each provider involved (hotels, transport companies, etc.).
6.0 Limitations and Responsibilities.
Southworld AdvenTours Ltda insures its participants a safe and pleasant trip or activity. However, accidents can occure Southworld AdvenTours Ltda and its partners do not take any responsibility for time lost or costs due to a personal illness or injury, neither for any damage or equipment lost or stollen. Southworld AdvenTours Ltda has the right to postpone o cancel any trip or activity before departure due to acts of nature or human being.
7.0 Other Conditions
- The trip or activity schedules are subject to change due to bad weather or incidental events.
- Any additional costs are the participants’ responsibility.
- Southworld AdvenTours Ltda is not obliged, in case of lost or damage of personal belongings, to provide any refund. Furthermore, the company is not obliged to refund the participant in case of any accident or injury during the activity. The participant must declare and assume the fact that he is aware of the potential risks which can be incurred during the trip or activity.
- In case of accidents, injuries or sickness of the participant, Southworld Adventours Ltda will organize the transfer to the hospital and the appropriate medical attention.
- Southworld AdvenTours Ltda has the right to publish and show photos, videos or other materials from its excursions and participants.
8.0 Requirements
8.1 The participants’ responsibility
Each participant is responsible to understand the terms and conditions of his selected trip or activity. Further, he is responsible to bring the appropriate clothes and medicines. Furthermore, the participant should be aware of the cultural differences and respect the rules of the country as well as the instruction of the guide and Southworld AdvenTours Ltda.
8.2 Insurance
According to Southworld AdvenTours Ltda engagement, each participant should take care of its own insurance against accidents and injuries prior departure.
8.3 Physical requirements
All participants should have a normal physical condition.
IMPORTANT:
Southworld AdvenTours Ltda must be aware of any medication, disease or allergy of each participant prior departure.
- Food requirements
Each itinerary has its own menu; it is the participant’s responsibility to make Southworld AdvenTours Ltda aware of any special food requirement prior departure.
- Included equipment
All included equipment will be described in the trip or activity itinerary. Each participant is responsible for the equipment provided by the company. The lost or damage from any of this equipment will need to be replaced or refunded by the participant.
- Necessary equipment
All the necessary equipment will be described according to the chosen trip or activity.
- Restrictions
Consumption of drogues and excess of alcohol during the trip or activity is strictly prohibited. The participants caught in such state would be reported to the group leader and will be brought back to Santiago at his own expenses.
