Day 1 Arrival Santiago
You will be picked up from the airport in Santiago and transferred to your accommodation, a lovely hostel in which you can taste the friendliness of the Chileans. At night, those with energy can explore Bellavista, the famous area with many bars, restaurants and clubs.
Day 2 Santiago – Osorno
Today you have a full day free to explore the capital city Santiago. Surrounded by the snow-capped Andes, as well as exploring the centre; Santiago also offers great opportunities to visit a vineyard and taste some of the famous Chilean wines, or escape to one of the many attractions just an hour of Santiago.
Day 3 – Visit Lechería Puyehue
Early morning you will arrive in Osorno, and a homemade country lunch is waiting for you!
We will visit an interesting and very special diary farm. In the evening you can enjoy the sun and the stunning views before you end this interesting day with a delicious dinner.
Day 4 – Climbing Volcano Puyehue
Together with a local guide, you will start trekking to the crater of the Volcano Puyehue. The trekking will start in the wild forests where many native flora and fauna can be spotted.
Day 5 - Volcano Puyehue, Geysers and National Hot Springs
The trip on the Volcano Puyehue will continue to the Natural baths of Sulphur. Stopping at the campsite where you will camp for the night.
Day 6 – Volcano Puyehue – Return to Las Salinas
You will lead back to Anticura, where your transfer is waiting for you and will bring you to your accommodation. Back in the comfort of a cabaña, you will have a delicious dinner and you can look back on this first days of this amazing trip in the beautiful lands of Puyehue!
Day 7 – Free Day
Today you have a free day, in which you could relax, enjoy the sun, take advantage of time to wash and dry clothing. In the night your guide will give a briefing about the hike over the coming 3 days.
Day 8 – Cabalgata Santo – Las Gaviotas
In the early morning you will head to Santo’s house, your local horse riding guide. Today you will start the horse back adventure!
Day 9 – Ruta de Las Jesuitas – Callao
Today you will visit native forests, cross rivers, pass through narrow passage ways, alongside waterfalls and cross precarious looking hanging bridges. ‘La Ruta de las Jesuitas’ will lead you along the foot of Volcano Puntiagudo.
Day 10 – Todos Los Santos Lake and Petrohue Falls
After breakfast you will head towards Rincon crossing the famous breathtaking All Saints Lake. A private transfer is waiting for you and will take you to the Petrohue waterfalls, famous of its clear turquoise colour with Volcano Osorno on the background.
Day 11 – Puerto Varas
We will go our separates way and saying goodbye to your new friends…
