While training professionals it is important both to provide
them with a solid and wide range of theoretical knowledge and
to build a strong team and fortify the leadership and enterprising
capacities of each one.
That's
the part where the SWA team comes into play. Professional coordinators
and assistants take the employees out of the seminary room to
a beautiful spot outdoors where they develop their survival
and mountain techniques in challenging competitions. These competitions
focus on the development of leadership, communication skills
and the ability to use their initiative and confront new situations
with flexibility. Of course SWA only uses the best quality equipment
with a high level of efficiency and security.
By
the end of the outdoor activity the participants will have practiced
in real life the value of the concepts learnt in the theoretical
phase. They will have the chance to converse and exchange their
ideas in a relaxed atmosphere during a nice dinner or barbecue.
They will then be able to incorporate these new skills into
their personal and working life using them as a tool to achieve
the company’s goals. |
